Platoon artwork is available for pre-ordering online about 2-4 weeks prior to the graduation dates/weeks. With the art changes, name checking, and approval by the Company Commanders, it takes time before we are allowed to post the artwork. Please double check to make sure you are selecting the correct Battalion, Company, and Platoon as you check out. Multiple companies may be posted at a time, and the graduation dates are listed in the titles for reference. *Online Pre-ordering ends the Sunday of graduation week at 5pm EST, at which point, pre-order links will come down.
I do not see my soldier's platoon artwork from a graduation that has already passed. How do I order?
Links are taken down the Sunday before graduation dates for pre-ordering. We keep artwork for years down the road though. Platoon shirts for upcoming graduations: Short sleeves start at $25, long sleeves $30, and hoodies are $45. There is an additional $3 for any size above XL. If we need to ship your order, shipping fees start around $8 per order.
No. All sales are final. We will not accept cancellations, returns, or size exchanges on any platoon orders. Please understand that platoon shirts are custom made and cannot be resold after the graduation date. All other items returned will be honored for a refund.
Every company is briefed on their platoon shirts during the basic training cycle and each soldier is given the opportunity to order. However, ordering is strictly voluntary. To find out whether or not your soldier placed an order you must contact us by email at email@example.com.
No. There are many circumstances that can cause a soldier to be unable to attend their company's t-shirt delivery. To avoid confusion and maintain certainty that each soldier has received what they ordered, soldiers in BCT must pay for their own shirts in cycle. Please note that if your soldier decided to place an order with us while in basic, they will receive and purchase their order the Sunday before they graduate (unless unforeseen circumstances delay that date, it will generally still be before Family Day).
All platoon apparel ordered through this website will be black, preshrunk, men’s sized cotton shirts. There are no other color options available online when pre-ordering.
Platoon shirts are available in unisex sizes small - 3xl. We can do 4XL in short sleeves as well, but you must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss. The brands we generally use include Gildan, Hanes, and Fruit of the Loom.
Platoon short and long sleeves are made on preshrunk cotton and they will not shrink if you follow care directions. Platoon hoodies may come with a 90/10 or 80/20 cotton/poly blend. Must follow care instructions as well, or there is a small chance they may shrink a little, such as with hot water and high heat.
Customers have 45 days to notify us of any issues with your order from the date you receive. Lost packages: Please contact your local Post Office or UPS, depending on how your order was shipped.
